We currently have Main hospital employees, then some customized clinics. If you'd like your clinic to have a customized store, please submit a marketing ticket!

If you're ordering for your department, there is a notice upon checkout with a number you can call to get pricing on bulk orders, and have it invoiced to your department vs entering a credit card. If you are an individual purchasing, you can complete checkout without department head oversight and follow the payment instructions.
HIPAA Audit Shoutout
A huge shoutout to Creekside Surgical Center and Idaho Falls Clinic for their exemplary care for patients and their Protected Health Information (PHI), truly going above and beyond in safeguarding sensitive data! Our Compliance team conducts thorough HIPAA audits across clinics and departments to ensure the proper handling, storage, and transmission of PHI. These audits evaluate workflows, tools, and processes within each location, providing tailored recommendations to enhance compliance and safeguard patient data. We also support staff by addressing gaps in PHI knowledge to improve patient care. Creekside Surgical Center and Idaho Falls Clinic achieved a perfect 100% compliance score on our checklist, demonstrating exemplary adherence to HIPAA standards.

MVP Award
Alex Orton, ER CNA. Alex is a very supportive team member who is always kind and always looks out for others. When he is in West he will deliver paperwork to the lab and help patients and the admissions team when we get backed up without question or request. He will reach out to admissions if he thinks they may need help, he will email supervisors with thanks when one of their team has done something good that he noticed, and he will let managers know if things are broken and not working. The past 2 downtimes Alex has been the only one to come and check on the admissions team and has managed to get the computers a connection so they can register and get partial access. His response to admissions' many thanks for his generosity is "Don't worry about it, we are a team, and this is what a team does." He is the true definition of a team player!

Feel Good Friday
An unforgettable Feel Good Friday for a hospital volunteer who brings joy to everyone around him.
"Wolfe is a volunteer at Mountain View Hospital and always has the funniest attitude, but what makes him special is he makes 3-D printed toys and trinkets for all the kids that come in - whether it’s for surgery or a sing a new baby or brother. I see all the young kids come in for morning surgeries and Wolfe will bring me bags of these 3-D printed toys so I can hand them out when kids are here. It helps ease scared kids when they have a fun amazing toy. People have offered to give him money and he does it completely out of his own pocket and on his own time. Not only does he do this, but he served his country in the Air Force. He loves to share joy!"
