The surgical department at Mountain View Hospital features eight state-of-the-art operating suites on the main campus and two operating suites at an off-site ambulatory surgery center.
In addition, the department also features a comprehensive Endodiagnostic Center, a Pain Management Clinic and an Outpatient Care Unit.
Surgical Services
Surgery might create a great deal of anxiety. In the past, traditional surgery with a large incision near an organ was the only surgical approach. With recent advances in surgical technology, major surgeries can now be completed with only a small incision, which will help patients heal faster and cause less scarring.
This form of surgery is called Laparoscopic Surgery. Our facility uses the newest form of Laparoscopic Surgery, called Robotic-assisted, which offers our surgeons better vision and more control during the procedure.
